Audits in-state and out-of-state vehicle title and registration paperwork against DMV policies and company procedures. Reviews electronically filed documents, identifies errors or missing information, communicates with clients and DMV personnel, provides processing guidance, and meets audit timelines. Requires strong attention to detail, organization, communication, independent work skills, DMV title-processing knowledge, EVR experience, and a clean driving record.

Designs and develops instructor-led, virtual, self-study, and eLearning training focused on business development, product knowledge, processes, and tools. Partners with leaders, trainers, and subject-matter experts to assess learning needs, define objectives, create instructional materials, develop interactive content, manage design projects, conduct end-user testing, and transition content to delivery using ADDIE or SAM methodologies.

Develops and maintains scalable software applications across multiple platforms. Responsibilities include participating in Agile planning, designing solutions, writing code and automated tests, troubleshooting, supporting deployed applications, reducing technical debt, and guiding less experienced engineers. Requires experience with web and backend technologies, SQL Server, software architecture, application lifecycle methodologies, and end-to-end product development. AWS and AI-driven development experience are preferred.
