Leads complex client and third-party administrator integrations for pharmacy benefit management operations. Supports batch file processing, EDI workflows, automated job monitoring, data reconciliation, issue resolution, and data quality management. Serves as a subject matter expert on PBM eligibility, claims, accumulator processing, and client-specific configurations. Collaborates with clients and internal teams, documents requirements, resolves exceptions, and maintains service, quality, and productivity standards.

Manages relationships with 340B covered entities and contract pharmacies, providing account support, training, troubleshooting, compliance guidance, performance reporting, mock audits, and savings optimization. Leads client calls, translates customer needs into solution plans, analyzes capture rates, resolves data issues with technical teams, and identifies process improvements. Requires strong knowledge of 340B guidelines, split billing, contract pharmacy operations, and healthcare account management.

Provides regulatory research, interpretation, and advisory support for 340B pharmacy programs. Monitors federal and state requirements, HRSA guidance, manufacturer restrictions, and pharmacy laws; translates changes into operational guidance, policies, training, and audit support. Partners with Legal, Compliance, Pharmacy Services, and clients on risk assessment, onboarding, contract pharmacy arrangements, and program integrity. The role requires strong knowledge of 340B regulations, healthcare compliance, HIPAA, regulatory research, and client communication in a fully remote environment.

Leads complex 340B split-billing software deployments, configuring eligibility rules, claims feeds, contract pharmacy arrangements, and compliance processes. Analyzes pharmacy and healthcare data, resolves discrepancies, supports audits, monitors program performance, documents workflows, and recommends process improvements. Serves as a senior client-facing escalation resource, mentors junior analysts, communicates regulatory updates, and collaborates with pharmacy, IT, compliance, revenue cycle, and account management teams.

Facilitate URAC and ACHC specialty pharmacy accreditation activities, ensuring pharmacies meet compliance, quality, and performance standards. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, support staff training, maintain accreditation records and reports, monitor SOPs, resolve regulatory and audit requests, and assist with continuous quality improvement, performance improvement, and board of pharmacy inspection requirements.
