Conduct end-to-end UX research for live-service and in-development video games. Plan and moderate usability tests, playtests, interviews, focus groups, concept tests, and longitudinal studies in lab and remote settings. Define research objectives, hypotheses, and sampling plans; analyze findings; and deliver actionable recommendations to cross-functional game teams. Manage multiple studies, participant recruitment, timelines, stakeholder communication, research ethics, and data privacy while promoting player-centered development.
