Own Wasabi’s AI partner activation strategy from concept to execution. Develop joint value propositions, messaging, co-branded content, enablement resources, training, and demand-generation campaigns with technology alliance partners. Drive adoption among Channel Account Managers and channel teams, manage content distribution through partner and sales enablement platforms, measure engagement and pipeline impact, and coordinate with alliance, product marketing, sales enablement, and field marketing teams.

Manage worldwide monthly commission calculations, statements, disputes, CRM account reassignments, and CaptivateIQ administration. Develop commission plans, support quota planning, estimate regional and role-based quotas, align rules of engagement with plans, and evaluate sales performance through KPIs. The role partners with Sales leadership and Enablement while handling sensitive compensation discussions and improving SaaS commission processes.

Develop and execute sourcing and commodity strategies for technology hardware categories. Manage supplier relationships and performance, monitor market conditions, support supply planning and new product introductions, negotiate cost savings, optimize the supply base, and reduce supply chain risk through cross-functional collaboration.
