Own technical customer implementations for a regulatory AI platform serving drug development organizations. Customize AI templates, develop and coach LLM prompts, manage integrations using APIs and webhooks, map enterprise data flows, and document implementation practices. The role partners with IT, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Writing, Product, and go-to-market teams while educating customers and supporting their transition to self-service configuration.

Drive new business with pharmaceutical, biotech, and CRO mid-market accounts by prospecting, outbound outreach, qualifying leads, managing pipeline to close, collaborating on onboarding and product knowledge, using CRM and sales tools, representing the company at events, and meeting monthly/quarterly bookings and conversion targets.
