Lead a high-impact analytics function partnering with clinical and business leaders to apply advanced analytics, modeling, and BI to improve participant outcomes, operations, and financial performance. Manage and mentor analysts, design analyses and models, build stakeholder relationships, and communicate actionable insights to influence enterprise strategy.

Prepares external, regulatory, lender, and management financial reports; coordinates monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting; supports close, audits, and healthcare finance projects; analyzes reporting metrics; and builds scalable reporting processes, controls, automation, and documentation. The role requires strong technical accounting expertise, cross-functional coordination, regulatory reporting knowledge, and preferably healthcare experience involving Medicare, Medicaid, or PACE.

Perform retrospective and concurrent coding for PACE dual participants, conduct pre- and post-visit chart reviews, oversee audits, and deliver provider education to ensure CMS HCC coding compliance. Collaborate with the Coding Supervisor to identify HCC education opportunities and promote accurate, well-documented ICD-10 coding.
