Lead design and delivery of 35kV–500kV physical substation layouts for transmission-connected renewable projects. Manage a 3–5 person physical design team, coordinate cross-discipline engineering, prepare drawings, grounding and insulation studies, equipment specifications, BOMs, construction documentation, and provide technical support for procurement, vendor review, and construction. Ensure compliance with standards and mentor junior staff.

Design and produce protection and control deliverables for high-voltage substations (4kV–EHV). Create one-line/three-line diagrams, schematics, specifications, I/O and points mapping, and construction documentation. Coordinate with project stakeholders, support procurement and construction, attend client technical reviews, and provide technical P&C consultation.

Prepare schematic, wiring, and functional electrical drawings (single/three-line, P&C, communication, alarm) for high-voltage substations and renewable interconnections; collaborate with engineers; import BOMs; meet schedules and quality standards.

Support and manage land development civil engineering projects: schedule and staff projects, oversee design and QA/QC, review contracts, manage billing and job costs, coordinate with design teams and survey, mentor staff, and assist with client marketing and project delivery.
