Provide phone and email support to Ting customers, troubleshoot technical issues to root cause, document solutions, liaise with customers and partners, and support Engineering with software and hardware testing. Maintain internal and external documentation while helping ensure reliable service delivery. The role includes rotating shifts covering nights, weekends, and holidays.

Owns Ting’s physical supply chain across contract manufacturing, 3PL fulfillment nodes, Amazon FBA, inventory, returns, packaging, freight, and ERP operations. Manages inventory accuracy, replenishment, purchase orders, vendor relationships, reverse logistics, freight documentation, and process improvements. Serves as the NetSuite supply chain owner and coordinates with Product Operations, Engineering, Finance, manufacturers, and logistics partners in a remote environment.

Leads Ting Labs’ direct-to-consumer growth strategy and marketing operations foundation. Owns customer acquisition, media investment, brand and performance marketing, experimentation, measurement, attribution, dashboards, marketing technology, data integrations, and operational processes. Partners cross-functionally with Creative, Product, Engineering, Finance, agencies, and technology vendors to optimize growth performance and investment decisions.
