Responsibilities include maintaining contractual transaction records, nominating gas receipts and deliveries on interstate pipeline electronic bulletin boards, communicating with third parties to prevent disruptions, creating and reconciling invoices, settling physical and financial transactions, and resolving discrepancies with counterparties, trading teams, and scheduling teams. The role is in-office in Austin and requires strong Excel, analytical, problem-solving, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.

Manage small-to-mid-sized natural gas infrastructure projects from scope development through construction, commissioning, and asset integration. Responsibilities include project scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, reimbursable billing documentation, technical equipment specification, procurement, contractor bidding, contract management, client communication, progress reporting, and construction oversight. The role requires coordination across field technicians, contractors, customers, and executives, with 25–50% travel to project sites.
