Manage commercial insurance claims end to end, including loss intake, carrier reporting, adjuster follow-up, reserves, and resolution. Lead client kickoff calls and monthly claim reviews, develop claims SOPs and reporting workflows, support clients during urgent incidents, and drive carriers, TPAs, and defense counsel toward resolution. Translate claims data into loss analysis and renewal insights while building strong client trust.

As a Claims Support Specialist, provide expert guidance and manage claims for clients, optimizing resolution processes and advocating for their interests throughout.
