Architect RF subsystems, run system-level simulations and trade studies, drive prototyping and hands-on testing, mentor junior engineers, collaborate cross-functionally and with customers, support proposals and product roadmaps, and act as a technical expert for RF solutions.

Lead strategic business development to grow revenue in Aerospace & Defense and adjacent commercial RF markets. Identify and qualify opportunities, manage pipeline in Salesforce, build customer and partner relationships, collaborate with Engineering/Operations on proposals, and meet bookings, pipeline, and win-rate targets while traveling to customer sites and industry events.
