Oversee aquatics operations at a YMCA center including program development, safety compliance, staffing, training, budgeting, and member engagement. Hire, schedule, and supervise swim instructors and lifeguards, ensure certifications and safety drills, manage payroll/timecards, track enrollment and finances, promote programs, and support community events and center initiatives.

Serve as the on-site licensed director for an afterschool program, supervising staff, ensuring Texas child care licensing compliance, overseeing daily operations, implementing curriculum, managing records and safety procedures, building family and school relationships, and leading site-level decision-making.

Support the Site Lead to run a licensed afterschool program for children ages 4–12. Lead daily operations, supervise 12–17 youth, support staff, deliver curriculum and family engagement, ensure Texas Child Care Licensing compliance, manage records and incidents, travel between sites as needed, and serve as acting Site Director when required.

Officiate YMCA youth and adult basketball games, enforce rules, attend staff meetings, perform first aid and safety checks, assist with facility setup, promote YMCA values, and complete assigned duties.
