Yorktel Benefits Overview

Manages customer UCC and AV implementation projects from planning through service transition. Responsibilities include scope, schedules, budgets, forecasts, deliverables, risks, status communication, stakeholder coordination, supplier procurement, customer education, UAT, invoicing, onboarding, and post-project reviews. The role coordinates engineering, IT, cloud, sales, and managed services teams while ensuring customer commitments, quality, profitability, and operational goals are met. Occasional domestic and international travel, site visits, and limited weekend or night work may be required.

Owns the technical delivery and ongoing support of key customer accounts across AV, unified communications, video conferencing, and cloud collaboration platforms. Leads deployments, upgrades, troubleshooting, escalations, root-cause analysis, documentation, operational readiness, and service transitions. Partners with Sales, Customer Success, Program Management, Service Delivery, vendors, and customer engineering teams. Serves as a senior technical advisor, subject matter expert, and cross-functional leader while driving process improvements and platform administration.

Owns the complete RF(X) proposal process, including bid/no-bid decisions, requirements analysis, content development, reviews, and final submission. Collaborates with sales, engineering, and internal stakeholders to create accurate, persuasive proposals aligned with client needs. Maintains and optimizes the Responsive content library, improves proposal workflows, and manages multiple deadline-driven initiatives.
