Leads enterprise quality strategy, governance, and quality management systems across modular manufacturing and construction operations. Oversees plant and field quality, ISO 9001 readiness, audits, CAPA, inspections, supplier quality, lifecycle controls, metrics, risk escalation, and continuous improvement. Builds the Quality organization, establishes independent authority, partners with executives and cross-functional teams, and reduces defects, rework, warranty issues, and other quality costs across multiple locations.

Coordinate preconstruction activities from design through mobilization. Responsibilities include developing and prequalifying subcontractor networks, managing bids in BuildingConnected and Procore, reviewing scopes and pricing, coordinating material quantities and purchasing, preparing agreements and procurement documents, leading meetings, and supporting safe project execution. The role requires collaboration across design, engineering, purchasing, project management, and construction teams in an on-site commercial construction and manufacturing environment.

Assemble, install, maintain, and test electrical systems in commercial/industrial construction. Read blueprints, run conduit, install components to NEC code, operate power tools and specialized equipment, ensure safety and timely project delivery.
