Supports account executives throughout the sales cycle by conducting discovery, preparing technical presentations and tailored product demonstrations, answering functional and technical questions, discussing integrations and enterprise architecture, responding to RFPs and security questionnaires, and collaborating with sales, product, engineering, marketing, professional services, and customer success. The role also supports webinars, conferences, and trade shows while developing expertise in Crunchtime’s restaurant operations platform.

Leads and expands channel partner ecosystems across the US and EMEA. The role drives partner revenue through CARR commitments, joint go-to-market plans, pipeline management, partner recruitment, enablement, contract negotiation, forecasting, and executive relationship management. It also coordinates with Direct Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align strategy and incorporate market feedback.

Lead and scale the Customer Success organization for a B2B SaaS company. Own retention, renewals, customer health, adoption, value realization, forecasting, and expansion opportunities. Build scalable lifecycle programs, segmentation, playbooks, operating processes, and KPI frameworks while recruiting and developing high-performing teams. Partner with Sales, Product, Support, Marketing, and Professional Services to improve customer outcomes and represent the customer across the company.
