We are looking for highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and organized interns to join us for up to 10 weeks this fall, spring or summer. In this role, you will be working with professional sales representatives to research and communicate with a broad array of prospective customers and existing customers.
Performs administrative tasks within the CRM system to support the data analysis used for sales force effectiveness.
Maintain and modify sales dashboards and documentation.
Troubleshoot technical phone, computer, and application issues.
Assists in mapping exercises of business accounts to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Communicates and collaborates with team members to understand requirements and improvements.
Provides persistent and timely follow-up with sales representatives and manager.
Completes special projects as deemed necessary by management.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Learn to articulate themes from customer accounting and finance infrastructure and systems data.
Assist as liaison to communicate feedback internally with Product, Engineering and other cross-functional teams to enhance ongoing product development efforts.
Develop new methods of contacting and messaging customers to increase accurate client information.
Assistance with administrative tasks as needed.
Problem-solving and proactive decision-making.
Ability to successfully handle multiple customers’ work concurrently.
Basic understanding of the Tax Code and tax concepts for partnerships, corporations, and Individuals, along with the ability to communicate these to customers and other members of the team.
Adaptability and resourcefulness to drive results.
Highly self-motivated and versatile.
Understanding of financial accounting such as Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and ability to analyze a company’s books and records, as well as financial reporting.
Technology savvy, can-do attitude and approach.
