ROLE SUMMARY
The Account Coordinator, Performance Marketing, is responsible for executing against client projects and deliverables across our performance marketing accounts. You’ll be seen as a day-to-day partner to internal account teams and SMEs, and will leverage your developing knowledge of performance marketing to support the execution of performance marketing strategies and delivery. You will support the team on account management activities and be fundamental in building our new performance marketing practice via active engagement on client work. You will work with leading clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and health IT industries to build omnichannel activations for our clients, leveraging your understanding of performance-driven decision making across analytics, creative, media, and CRM, MarTech, and AdTech ecosystems.
What You’ll Do:
You’ll liaise with performance marketing account teams, analytics, creative, media, and digital experience teams, driving deliverables.
Conduct client and industry research, and build written materials as requested by the client, create content, and support strategy for this growing team.
You’ll also project manage by staying on top of timelines, calendars, and project trackers.
You’ll collaborate heavily in a team environment, but also have the autonomy to take initiative and work independently.
Who You Are:
You’ve got some previous work experience or internship experience in a digital or media setting, monitoring, researching, and taking on projects with limited supervision.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, and perform with a sense of urgency and client service orientation.
You’re highly organized with an attention to detail and an ability to multi-task, while being mindful of competing priorities.
You’ve got excellent writing skills, and a good understanding of what drives businesses to activate strategies across the digital marketing ecosystem.
