For in-market, engaged, or warm leads, tailor your approach to their specific needs and stage in the buying process.
    • Effective Follow-up: Maintain a structured follow-up process to nurture leads and move them through to the sales funnel, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities. Adapt your approach based on the engagement level of each lead.
  3. Collaboration:
    • Sales and Marketing Alignment: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for lead generation and customer engagement. Provide valuable insights on market trends and customer feedback, including feedback on how engaged or warm leads respond to messaging.
  4. Product Knowledge:
    • Continuous Learning: Develop a deep understanding of Overhaul's solutions and our evolution in the market. Stay updated on product developments and enhancements to effectively communicate Overhaul's value proposition to prospects.
  5. Market Research:
    • Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer needs to provide valuable insights to the company. Identify opportunities for product improvements and differentiation.
  6. Reporting:
    • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and providing regular reports on progress and results. Segment leads based on engagement and readiness to move forward in the sales process.
