Customer Support Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Responding to support emails and tickets from customers
- Receiving inbound phone calls from customers
- Responding to comments and direct messages on social media platforms
- Helping customers make a wide range of account related changes
- Assisting new customers by providing sales related information
- Delighting customers in all steps of the customer care process
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer facing role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to think on your feet and make definitive decisions.
- Problems not always straightforward and often time there are multiple solutions – in order to succeed you need to have strong attention to detail and able to work through confusion or ambiguity.
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
- Interested in working in a fast-paced environment with a small growing team
- A passion for helping customers
