We’re on the hunt for a grocery partnerships manager. This role requires someone with a passion for engaging with clients, building collaborative solutions, and ensuring customer success. We’re a small company (14 employees), so everyone here is an owner. We work until the job is done, we’re comfortable with change, and we aren’t defined by our job descriptions. Why does this job exist?
Reporting to the COO, this role requires someone who loves to build relationships! You’ll be responsible for developing and managing our partnerships with retail grocers after they join the Popspots network. This includes educating them on how to better utilize our services, and working with them to find innovative solutions for their problems. Because we are a startup, you can expect to frequently operate outside the scope of a traditional account manager. In addition to your core responsibilities, you’ll play an integral role in building our company as we continue to grow!
What will I be doing in a typical week?
- Onboarding our grocery partners and getting to know them personally
- Conducting regular touchpoints with corporate & store-level employees to better understand their needs
- Occasionally visiting our partners in-person to keep them engaged and well-informed
- Providing feedback to our dev and sales teams to help improve our services
- Contributing as part of the Popspots team to achieve our objectives, even if this means doing things that aren’t strictly within the scope of your role!
