We’re looking for an insightful Customer Success leader and mentor, with a proven track record of managing a team of Customer Success Managers.

What you'll do at TrendKite:

  • Responsible for onboarding and ramping new CSM hires
  • Provide consistent 1:1 mentorship, coaching, and account-ownership support
  • Partner to create operational efficiency and process development for the team
  • Represent TrendKite's culture and values in all client conversations and in the way you lead your team
  • Serve as a resource and coach for all strategy, client escalations and problem solving needs
  • Hold team members accountable for striving towards OKRs
  • Manage Customer Success outcomes by increasing retention and reducing churn while driving adoption and customer happiness
  • Lead a best in class team by driving continuous learning environment, recruiting and hiring top performers

What you MUST bring to the table:

  • Minimum 2+ years managing a customer success team
  • 4 year Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in a SaaS environment
  • US Citizen or Permanent Resident (We will not sponsor at this time)
  • Mentorship and coaching experience/methodology that you're willing to share
  • Stellar communication skills both over the phone and in writing
  • Adaptable but organized- We're a start up! You've got to be OK with being on your toes at times but able to maintain focus within your day to day activities to reach goals

Bonus if you have:

  • Past start up experience
  • Experience in or strong understanding of PR
  • You are familiar with boolean
