Position Overview: 
Ideal candidates are highly detail-oriented with proficient knowledge of graphic design and print production. We are looking for an individual with an eye for design and a keen sense for organization and project management to assist with producing and distributing all printed materials for the brand. This is a temporary, part-time position. 
Responsibilities: 
• Work closely with Graphic Designers to oversee the production, execution, delivery and distribution of all printed materials for the company. 
• Work with Graphic Designers to evaluate associated costs on a project-by-project basis, get multiple bids for all projects that are not a re-print and effectively evaluate which printer to use per project. 
• Assist with creative organization of the department, including but not limited to establishing and negotiating timelines with Printers, managing workflow of Graphic Designers and supporting their efforts to meet deadlines, completing or assisting with Adobe Creative Suite files as needed, and attending press checks with Designers or alone. 
• Maintain an eye for detail and quality on projects big and small and under tight turnaround times. 
• Maintain clear communication and timely project execution of all printed marketing materials. 
• Work closely with our vendors to oversee the execution of all printed projects including getting quotes, approving proofs and tracking packages to ensure timely distribution of materials. 
• Audit printed materials after disbursement to evaluate quantities (did stores receive too many or too few?) effectiveness (was the materials successful in its objective? Was this the best platform for marketing to use to reach its objective?) and any other pertinent findings. 
• Organize internal meetings. 
• Record and manages notes from brainstorms and meetings. 
• Manage creative asset purchasing and management. 
• Facilitate project routing. 
• Financial processing within accounts payable department. 

Our Ideal Candidate will have: 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or commensurate experience. 
• 1-2 years print production experience. 
• Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite. 
• Enjoys a team-oriented, collaborative work style. 
• Must be exceptionally organized, self-motivated, deadline-oriented and an effective communicator.
