The Curation team helps us build the most comprehensive and accurate network of social care programs in the industry. As a Team Lead you will manage a team of Curators who work closely with our site users and ensure that programs on the site are up to date and meet findhelp’s standards. In your day-to-day you will be coaching and mentoring to develop your team and take the lead on creating and implementing processes and procedures that improve how we work together.
What you'll do
- Inspire, coach and mentor a team of Curators; helping them develop in both performance to achieve business goals and personal career growth
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to implement best practices and improve systems
- Lead the team in recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training up excellent Curators
- Monitor your teams performance and frequently provide constructive feedback/instruction to nurture success
- Manage escalations by outlining clear next steps and coordinating between departments
Experience you'll bring
- 2 years of management experience or a track record of success in coaching individuals
- You are familiar with navigating team dynamics and conflict management
- You are organized, can effectively prioritize your work and enjoy figuring out new ways to optimize tasks
- You have experience with technology and able to learn new technologies quickly
- You are skilled in project management and can bring a solution focused approach to problem solving
