The Opportunity
The Professional Services Operations Analyst position is on Adobe Workfront's Customer Experience (CX) Operations Team. In this role, you will enable our consulting professional services team with the tools, resources, reports, operational processes, data and analysis to do their best work.
What you'll Do

• Analyze team operations, including performance and productivity data
• Forecast professional services revenue and assist in monthly revenue recognition via close partnership with the finance team
• Own all reporting and analysis of professional services core metrics (utilization, CSAT, margin, etc.)
• Interpret results using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation via statistical analysis to complex data mining independently
• Analyze reports to identify operational issues
• Design, develop, implement and maintain business solutions and recommendations to improve performance
• Manage operational process improvement and integration projects
• Build and maintain all reports in PowerBI for executive operations
• Maintain Salesforce, Workfront and/or PowerBI databases to ensure data accuracy
• Administer periodic surveys to assess customer satisfaction of delivered services
• Facilitate relationships across various roles, teams and departments to accomplish Adobe Workfront's strategic goals

What you need to succeed

• 2+ years operations/analytics experience
• Experience working in professional services
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, business, or related field
• Excellent organizational, project management, time management, communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
• High attention to detail and follow through
• Proven ability to manage through change, adapt and thrive under disruptive circumstances
• Ability to quickly learn new software and distinctly explain business concepts
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with a diverse set of internal constituencies including senior level executives, technical, finance, legal, sales and marketing
