Lead Content Designer, PXE
Defend the digital world and design the future of security at Rapid7!
As cybercriminals become more sophisticated, we need to provide simple, yet powerful solutions to help our customers defend their digital environments.
Are you up for the challenge?
The Product eXperience Enablement (PXE) team is responsible for creating, maintaining and advocating for the standards that align our products. We are looking for a writer who can help us bring that same level of alignment to our shared voice and help get that in front of our customers. We truly care about developing the best ways to get our customers the content they need when and where they need it.
Is This You?
You like words. You construct entire worlds around them. For fun, you sprinkle adjectives like brass accents.
As a lead content designer, you will connect the dots for our customers. Big picture. Small details. You’ve got this. Someone has described you as the love child between a wordsmith and an eagle.
Our ideal teammate thrives in a fast-paced environment, believes that learning is a critical aspect of the user experience, and is a self-starter. You believe that partnerships, collaboration, and teamwork are the key ingredients to success. In fact, you excel at bringing people together around a common cause and sparking joy in the hearts of those around you.
Do you feel like you want to be doing more with your words? On our team, not only will your words help our customers do their work, but they will drive the content experience for our products. In other words: you'll have a ton of opportunities to grow professionally along the way.
Oh, did we already mention creating content? You must love it.

You will create the words that follow our customers on their end-to-end product journey.
In order to be effective in this role, you’ll need to be able to build relationships across Rapid7 to drive content-focused thinking and be a relentless advocate for our users’ needs.
