Software Development Engineer II

Are you passionate about travel and e-Commerce and operating globally in a high growth, energizing environment? Our Coaching Services team has an opening for a Software Development Engineer. This role will focus on the Coaching Platform to help provide insights and tips to our Partners so they can take the most advantage of our products to market their properties.

What you’ll do:

• Assume an active role in the evolution of this Platform, including design and development

• Join an upbeat environment where each team member's contribution is important

• Develop in an environment where the definition of done includes unit testing, code review, integration testing

• Utilize well-adapted development methodology for continuous evolution and optimization for the assigned projects

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computing related subject area or equivalent related professional experience

• Writing clean and sophisticated technical designs are part of your DNA and you have the ability to instill the same drive in others, have critical thinking, and communicate them to your peers

• 1+ years Software Development work experience (Java experience strongly preferred)

• Strong technical proficiency in Java, Spring MVC, JSON/XML, Web Services, and object-oriented design

• Prior background in e-Commerce solutions or other transactional processing systems is nice to have

• Experience working with AWS/Cloud infrastructure, NoSQL databases will be a plus
