As a Software Test Engineer, you will join a team of hands-on, passionate Software QA professionals and developers determined and excited to evolve our product suite and user experience to a whole new level of excellence.  This role is part of the larger development team in our Austin office located at the Domain. We are all working remotely now due to COVID-19, but we're still collaborating, productive and will have the option to go into our Austin office space this summer.  We will do so with safety of our employees as priority number one!

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Automate existing manual test scripts 
• Create manual and automated API tests
• Manually test new features and create/update test plans and cases 
• Run regression tests every other week prior to releases
• Relentlessly track down problems and actively solve them
• Evaluate log files and errors, to provide developers information regarding defects
• Contribute ideas for continually improving the team’s productivity and code quality

 Requirements 

• 3+ years software testing experience 
• 4+ years experience in hands-on test automation with Selenium (no recorders), Cypress, or JavaScript 
• Experience testing APIs
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment 
• Strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented 

Desired/Nice to have: 

• Experience testing mobile apps
• Experience with load and stress testing 
• B.S. Computer Science or other related degree
• Experience working with Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, etc)
