Systems Administrator/Automation Engineer – Intelligence Customer Operations (Remote)
About the Role:
This position is for a Systems Administrator / Automation Engineer on the Intelligence Customer Operations team. This role supports the development of new analytic tools as well as the maintenance of existing tools.
You will gather requirements from CrowdStrike Intelligence Analysts and put those requirements into motion developing new tools that will have a direct impact on CrowdStrike Intelligence customers.
You will work with other CrowdStrikers to develop new solutions for applications like Slack and Jira.
Responsibilities include:
Work on a team to develop and deploy new workflows in Jira.
Maintain internal team python automation scripts
Develop new automation solutions using common scripting languages such as Python, Go, and JavaScript for the CrowdStrike Intelligence Customer Operations Team.
Develop and maintain CrowdStrike Intelligence workflows using the Jira issue tracking system.
Work in conjunction with other CrowdStrike automation developers to create and maintain intelligence analysis tools and automate common tasks.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in developing and deploying automation solutions in common scripting languages such as Python, Go, and JavaScript
2+ years of experience in developing and deploying automation solutions in Elastic Search
Familiarity with cyber threat intelligence terminology and data communication concepts and technologies.
Willingness to learn new technologies, terminology and processes.
Ability to work as a member of a team consisting technical and non-technical members
Must be able to adapt to quickly changing threat environments to meet customer intelligence requirements and demands.
Language Skills:
Fluency in English required
Travel: Minimal to light travel (25%)
