The Opportunity

  • Come join Adobe as part of the Digital Media Finance team as a Finance Leader (internal title will be Lead Financial Analyst) supporting the Americas GTM & Sales organization. The role will report into the Director of Finance, WW Digital and e-commerce business.
  • Awesome opportunity to drive a big impact and own and lead operational planning and forecasting for the Consumer business


What you'll Do

  • FP&A owner for Americas Consumer acquisition business
  • Help facilitate the preparation of end to end forecasts by sharing trend analysis on top of funnel drivers (SaaS metrics such as traffic, conversion, ARR, engagement, retention) and also manage in-quarter results.
  • Build, develop, & maintain sophisticated quantitative models to improve forecasting/planning across key business metrics
  • Coordinate with key business partners on common assumptions, marketing tactics, investment impact based on LTV/CAC analysis.
  • Provide direction and thought leadership to finance leadership team on risks and opportunities within the business, and proactively lead QRF and Plan processes.
  • Ensure outlook, forecast, plan and key processes stay on track and meet partner expectations.
  • Accountable for ad-hoc initiatives in critical business analysis and key project supporting business partners and finance leadership


What you need to succeed

  • Validated experience (5-7 years) in FP&A, analytics, and/or management consulting experience
  • You are an exceptional communicator capable of influencing across the organization.
  • Highly proficient in SQL, Tableau, and Excel; Additional technical skills (Python and PowerBI/Qlik)
  • Attention to details with excellent written communication skills, proven track record of leadership with ability to set objectives and deliver results.
  • Ability to tell stories with data, while educating and instilling confidence, motivating business partners to act on recommendations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and quantitative thinking.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and to deliver outstanding results
