As a Corporate Sales Recruiter, you will play a high-impact role by overseeing the full cycle recruiting process for our Client Success team across all of our US office locations. If you have a strong understanding of the sales talent market and a passion for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top sales talent, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline for all office locations that drives both quality and volume 
  • Find talent! Proactively identify candidates with the ideal candidate profile by using creativity and a variety of sourcing tools such as our ATS System (Lever), LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals and more
  • Cultivate the candidate experience! Build relationships with candidates through various resources, educate them on the opportunity, and champion them through the interview process
  • Partner with TA leadership, hiring managers, HR and training in order to understand and track ongoing hiring profile trends
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, review their feedback and make recommendations as needed
  • Utilize strong qualifying skills over the phone to ensure candidates are a good match for the position and Arrive culture 
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly metrics including call counts, final interview panels, and offer acceptances
  • Closely collaborate with peers on the Sales Recruiting team to achieve fill rate goals
  • Closely collaborate with Campus Recruiting team to ensure successful placement of early talent hires
  • Work collaboratively with the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to make sure the team is set up for success and any roadblocks are identified and problem-solved

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study is preferred 
  • 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • 1+ year(s) of experience working in a high volume recruiting environment preferred
  • A proven work ethic and ability to work flexible hours when needed. 
  • Exceptional verbal and written skills. You are skilled and can be trusted with communicating to upper management and senior leadership
  • You take initiative and drive various projects, tasks, and responsibilities on the team
  • Ability to get things done in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Hustle! We are a lean team, so be prepared to contribute to additional Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives as needed
