Job Summary: H-E-B is looking for an experienced, Austin based Senior Recruiter to join the H-E-B Digital Recruiting team! In this role, you'll partner with our Digital business leaders to attract and recruit top talent for H-E-B's Engineer, Product and Design organization.
Essential Functions / Process Responsibilities include the following;
Performs duties of Recruiter, as well as the following:
- Mentors team members; teaches techniques and strategies of recruiting
- May administer one or more large-scale Recruiting programs
- Identifies and interprets industry trends and recruiting solutions
- Assists in developing and communicating recruiting strategy for assigned client group
- Leads cross-functional groups
- Develops and delivers communication materials regarding all recruiting programs and processes company-wide
- Ensures candidates are moving through the hiring process in a timely manner
- Builds and maintains relationships and credibility with leaders and individual contributors, demonstrating ability to build consensus and influence
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND KEY COMPETENCIES
Experience and Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field or comparable experience
- 4 - 6 years technical recruiting experience
- 4 + years using advanced sourcing and selection tools preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office and applicant tracking systems

PHYSICAL AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Function in a fast-paced, retail, office environment
- Travel by car or airplane with overnight stays
- Work extended hours
