We have an exciting new opportunity on our Talent Growth Team and are seeking a Learning & Development Manager. The Talent Growth Team is part of Real Chemistry’s HR Team and this pivotal role will be responsible for assessing company-wide developmental needs and identifying learning solutions for 1800+ employees. Working closely with stakeholders, this role will design and implement effective and innovative learning programs to drive employee growth and retention. This role reports to the Managing Director, Talent Management and is a terrific opportunity to join a collaborative and progressive HR team!
All employees are currently working remote; once our offices re-open, this position can be in any of our offices, including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Austin, Philadelphia, San Francisco, or Florham Park, NJ. We may also consider fully remote for this role.
What You’ll Do:
Implement learning strategies and programs across multiple business lines, aligning programs to organizational goals, working closely with HRBP’s
Work with Talent Growth Team to identify, assess and onboard external training companies including, but not limited to, e-learning, guest speakers/trainers, in-person or virtual live training
Partner closely with HRBP’s, DEI team, internal communications to achieve participation and completion of training opportunities across the organization
Responsible for smooth execution of training from start to finish
Responsible for overall program measurement including developing program KPI’s and analytics to assess success of programs
Responsible for daily management of LMS
Oversee budgets and operational details working closely with cross-functional team
Who You Are:
You bring 3+ years' experience of working as an L&D Manager٫ Training Manager or other relevant position and have a passion for learning
Ability to anticipate needs and problem-solve in real-time
Demonstrated solid judgment when handling confidential information
Experience in project management and budgeting
Good knowledge of e-learning platforms and practices
Practical experience with MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Strong communication and negotiation skills٫ with ability to build relations with stakeholders, employees and vendors
Strong organizational skills with business-oriented thinking
