As the Recruiting Coordinator, you will support a globally dispersed Talent Acquisition team in day-to-day operations and will be a core driver of operational excellence. This is an entry-level position that comes with significant growth potential and the opportunity to join a world-class recruiting team, working with HR systems, processes, and operating mechanisms that are foundational for the success of LogicMonitor’s Talent Acquisition team.

Here's a Closer Look:
- Support Talent Acquisition team members with the scheduling and administration of proctored assessments
- Support Talent Acquisition team members with onsite and virtual interview coordination, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Act as the backup for 3rd party staffing agencies, facilitating the hiring process for agency candidates
- Book candidate travel and lodging according to company guidelines
- Act as a subject matter expert for Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System
- Run assigned reports with 100% accuracy
- Working with information that requires a high level of discretion and confidentiality
- Support Talent Acquisition team ad hoc projects as needed
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 0-3 years professional working experience
- Ability to be organized and efficient in a fast paced environment
- Ability to keep sensitive matters and documents confidential
- Ability to juggle multiple highly detailed and time-sensitive projects simultaneously
