What You'll Do

SecureLink is growing our Recruiting team. We're excited to create this new position for someone looking to learn, grow, and have a big impact. You will directly impact the speed, efficiency, and outcomes of recruiting efforts. You will partner closely with our Recruiting Team and Hiring Managers to meet our hiring goals. Day-to-Day responsibilities include:

  • Provide support for reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, candidate experience, and posting jobs
  • Communicate professionally and efficiently, treating all candidates with respect
  • Greet candidates when they arrive for in-person interviews, providing office tours, and advocating for SecureLink's candidate experience
  • Play a critical role in delivering excellent candidate experience, ensuring a timely and positive interview process
  • Own the new employee experience: managing offer letters, background checks, onboarding documentation, and equipment assignment
  • Demonstrate impeccable attention to detail in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
  • Maintain the Applicant Tracking System to ensure candidate records are complete

What You'll Need

  • 1 year professional/office experience
  • Proven ability to build relationships with internal teams
  • Demonstrated critical thinking abilities in sensitive situations, using discretion and flexibility as needed
  • High attention to detail with proven organizational skills

  • Exceptional time management; proactive with a sense of urgency

  • Must be local to Austin, TX and be willing to work onsite occasionally
