    The challenge

    Adobe’s Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) team leads the company’s commitment to “Adobe For All” and our strategic progress across four pillars of pipeline, candidates, employees and industry. Reporting to the Senior Director for Diversity & Inclusion, this newly created role will drive key partnerships, programs and initiatives within the Employee Experience organization and across the company.

     

    What you’ll do

    • Create and drive strategic external partnerships to ensure a diverse pipeline of talent. Partner with Talent Acquisition team to ensure robust talent engagement with underrepresented groups.
    • Support and guide Adobe’s employee networks (employee resource groups) to build membership and advance employee engagement.
    • Develop and execute employee enablement and training strategies aligned with Adobe For All In Action.
    • Build and operationalize organizational diversity and inclusion strategies, within the context of geographic and business dynamics. Collaborate with and advise Employee Experience Business Partners to ensure strong alignment and adoption.
    • Serve as an adviser to Adobe’s regional D&I and Employee Experience teams. Maintain global program alignment while supporting local customization and innovation.
    • Identify and act as key liaison with external diversity organizations and events, including determining event sponsorships, benchmark participation and other partnerships.
    • Act as a “champion” for Adobe For All, including speaking in internal and external venues as needed.

     

    What you need to succeed

    • Passion for contributing to #AdobeforAll
    • Strong project management skills, with expertise in building, managing and scaling complex programs that involve significant change management, high-profile outcomes and multiple organizational partners
    • Creative thinking and the ability to articulate a vision to teams across the organization
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to develop strong professional relationships with peers, managers, executives and cross-functional teams
    • Ability to use good judgment to problem solve, make decisions and involve necessary individuals at the appropriate time
    • Strong cultural awareness and ability to effectively collaborate with team members from global regions
    • Demonstrated skill forming and managing external partnerships
    • Ability to thrive in an environment of ambiguity and change
    • Work experience in D&I and/or Human Resources highly preferred
    • 7+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience required
