Our recruiters are responsible for the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, driving candidate pipeline, nurturing authentic relationships with candidates, and guiding strong hiring manager partnerships. More about you:

• You have solid experience across the end-to-end Recruitment cycle (ideally, at least 4+ years).
• You bring sourcing methodologies and experience with non-traditional channels to find new candidates
• You have a consultative approach with hiring manager communities, with an appetite for influencing win/win outcomes through data, market insights, and creative ideas.
• You have exposure and a commitment to inclusive hiring practices designed to improve representation of URGs within Atlassian
• You are aligned with our values, which are table stakes for how we grow, and win as a team
