Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Q2 is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for full lifecycle recruiting for a variety of technical and non-technical positions in a high-volume recruiting environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide full lifecycle recruiting for assigned positions utilizing traditional and creative sourcing practices
Post positions, source and interview candidates using behavioral based interviewing methodologies and refer qualified candidates to hiring managers
Leverage online recruiting resources and candidate resume databases to identify and recruit candidates
Work with external recruiting firms when necessary
Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position
Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates
Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Prepare candidates for interviewing with Q2 and specific hiring managers by providing detailed information on the company, department background, job descriptions, and expectation-setting
Conduct background check, reference checks on selected candidates
Prepare offer letters
Responsible for ensuring that all security, availability, confidentiality and privacy policies and controls are adhered to
Maintain accurate documentation on all candidates and searches to ensure a safe and thorough audit
Meet with all hiring managers to develop a thorough understanding of the open position and department culture and use that understanding to help candidates fully understand the opportunity
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related discipline strongly preferred
9+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting, preferably in the software development / financial services industry
An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, and assessment
Strong knowledge of employment law
Must be able to manage competing demands, accept criticism and constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible
Experience with Workday or other ATS
Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions
Demonstrated ability to recruit on a national, multi-location level
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills
