Job Description:
Pluralsight continues to grow at a fast pace and our Instructor recruiting team is now looking for a Recruiter to join our team and help us attract the top technical and teaching talent around! You are well-versed in full-cycle technical recruiting from sourcing to hire and enjoy learning the ins and outs of Pluralsight and the tech learning landscape. You are innovative in your approach to sourcing/recruiting, willing to experiment with new and unexpected tactics, while maintaining traditional recruiting best practices.
THE ROLE:
- Utilize tools such as search engines, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other social channels to source, screen and qualify passive candidates
- Work to improve the candidate experience with DI by setting expectations, giving timely updates, and providing feedback
- Stay abreast of changing tech trends and news to assist with the needs of our clients
- Track recruiting metrics and pipeline activity
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of full cycle recruiting (Technical focus preferred)
- Proven ability to recruit and hire top-tier talent, especially in the technology industry
- Strong track record of identifying and engaging passive candidates
- A good eye for talent with the ability to quickly screen resumes
- A strong passion for technology and solid industry knowledge to understand relevant skills
- Proficient using LinkedIn Recruiter as a sourcing tool along with various Applicant Tracking Systems. (Experience with Lever and/or Workday preferred but not required)
