As the Learning & Experience Programs Manager at Restaurant365, you'll play a critical role in driving employee development, performance, and engagement. Collaborating closely with the Manager, Enrichment & Development, you'll take ownership of designing, implementing, and delivering enriching initiatives tailored to our dynamic and growing workforce. Your goal is to enhance productivity by equipping employees with the knowledge and skills they need to excel, thereby boosting engagement, retention, and learning outcomes while fostering a positive work culture.

How you'll add value:

  • Collaborate with departmental leaders, subject matter experts, and the Manager, Enrichment & Development to conduct needs analyses and identify training needs that align with company goals and objectives. Use this analysis to develop and implement strategic learning and development initiatives aimed at improving employee productivity and engagement.
  • Create and manage a diverse range of training programs and curricula, including onboarding, leadership development, technical skills training, soft skills development, performance management, and remote workplace experience best practices.
  • Partner directly with subject matter experts to design engaging and interactive learning experiences for various audiences and delivery methods, utilizing diverse methodologies such as instructor-led training, e-learning modules, workshops, and simulations.
  • Design and facilitate ILT, vILT, workshops, and online learning activities to help learners achieve desired learning outcomes and apply new skills effectively.
  • Prioritize problem-solving over traditional "training," emphasizing a deep understanding of underlying challenges or needs before crafting solutions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms, assessments, and performance metrics. Continuously collect data and utilize learning management systems (LMS) or other tools as needed to report on the effectiveness of training programs. Use these insights to continuously improve content and delivery based on results.
  • Maintain training programs after delivery, evaluating content as organizational needs change/scale, and reporting the effectiveness of training programs metrics.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development, incorporating innovative approaches to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Establish scalable processes and standards that set up the team for long-term success.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees seeking professional development opportunities and resources.
  • Develop and nurture workplace experience offerings in alignment with company vision and core values.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What you'll need to be successful in this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in program management, learning and development, or related field, with a successful track record in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Strong commitment to continuous learning and development, demonstrated by a proactive approach to expanding knowledge and skills.
  • Proficiency in adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training evaluation techniques.
  • Experience in evaluating and reporting on training effectiveness using data analytics tools.
  • Exceptional time management skills, adaptability, collaboration, and dependability under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire participants, fostering teamwork and collaboration during training sessions.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strategic thinking ability to contribute to the company's vision for business operations, culture, and employee experience within learning and development initiatives.
  • Experience in the technology industry or fast-paced, innovative environments is advantageous.

R365 Team Member Benefits & Compensation

  • This position has a salary range of $90K-$120K. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location. Restaurant365 focuses on equitable pay for our team and aims for transparency with our pay practices.
