Global Procurement Contracts Manager
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the support of SailPoint procurement business activity as directed by the Director, Global Procurement. This role is responsible for managing all procurement contracts SailPoint is currently negotiating or entering, along with supporting lifecycle audit requirements. This role must be knowledgeable about the details and benefits of contracts, as well as potential disadvantages. This role will also serve as the company’s global travel manager, which directs, operates and administers the global travel program, working with the contracted travel management company and internal customers to manage and grow the program.
Must have solid and thorough understanding of writing, evaluating and executing various contracts covering a range of transactions; be able to maintain correspondence and documentation related to contracts, work with stakeholders to monitor lifecycle for close-out or renewals; and have strong problem-solving and process management skills. This role will employ relationship management best practices to identify ways the business could better address needs and thrives when given autonomy and flexibility to work both independently and within a team. Initial assignment is part time with the ability to grow into a full-time position as the company grows.

Typical Activities:
- Provide responses to contract legal negotiations
- Analyze all requirements and provisions in contracts to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations along with company policies and procedures
- Must be familiar with global privacy practices
- Analyze risk to business
- Monitor performance of each signed contract
- Ensure business goals are accomplished by contract implementation
- Maintain contract lifecycle in company’s procurement system
- Manage all changes to existing contracts, including addendums, statements of work and change orders
- Ensures that contracts are in line with corporate goals and objectives
- Responsible for Global Travel Management program, including both internal and external functionality and relationship.
- Review and pinpoint areas of travel process and spend improvement along with the consideration of additional travel program benefits to the company
- Responsible for engaging internal teams to manage Duty of Care and Travel and Expense policy reviews and updates
- Monthly reporting to Director of Procurement

Position Specific Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required,
- Legal-related field of study or experience or equivalent contracts certification. Travel management experience or understanding of global travel industry is preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience in contract preparation and management
