Vrbo is seeking a hardworking, high-performing and motivated Integrated Marketing Manager to drive multi-channel marketing efforts. In this role, you’ll deliver strategy, planning, execution, and reporting of integrated marketing campaigns and work inter-departmentally to achieve your objectives.

You’ll be tasked with developing strategies to bring brand positioning to life, drive product comprehension/adoption, communicate standard methodologies within the Vrbo marketplace, and increase overall Net Promoter Score. You’ll lead the delivery of customer love campaigns, the management of medium and large marketing launches, and you’ll help run the customer narrative. Critical to being successful in the role includes developing a deep understanding of Vrbo’s customers in order to successfully communicate key messages.

It is imperative that you are passionate about driving optimal engagement using innovative marketing approaches. This role will bring to bear your experiences in cross-organizational people management skills, creativity, project management, and technical aptitude. Due to the entrepreneurial and dynamic nature of our business, we are looking for team members who can operate successfully at a strategic level and who are equally confident the detailed execution dimension of marketing.

What You'll Do:

Marketing fundamentals:

  • Design, execute and communicate integrated marketing plans to meet business objectives including education / awareness and adoption
  • Build and execute end to end integrated marketing campaigns (identifies goals, risks, audience, messages, and approaches)
  • Utilize data to create and target customer segments at an expert level
  • Think end-to-end about our offering to customers (channels, event promotions, content, comms, product, commercial/retail offerings, etc).
  • Set appropriate timeframes and final deadlines for cross functional teams.
  • Identify insights needed to validate marketing plans.
  • Use data to continuously improve on marketing plans.
  • Identify and conduct competitive research to drive business results.
  • Ensure the look, tone, feel and ​​key messages remain consistent and effective.
  • Display mastery through presenting and explaining customer insights, marketing plans and campaign results tailored to various audiences based on audience experience, background and expectations.

Who You Are:

Profile/Skills:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience - specifically in internet or ecommerce, preferably in an international or global capacity
  • Experience partnering with Sales and Customer Support teams to become a customer expert and advocate
  • Ability and examples of working in close partnership and developing strong relationships with product and marketing teams
  • Examples of successfully launching campaigns
  • Proven examples of increasing renewal/retention rate through well-executed marketing
  • Proof of successfully working in a global, matrixed organization
  • Good understanding of and record for successful delivery of go-to-market activities
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

  • Smooth and coordinated campaigns across all regions with adaptations for local requirements, maximizing feature adoption and minimizing customer contact rates
