Job Summary

The Manager, Integrated (Media) Planning is an emerging, day‐to‐day subject matter expert (SME) across media channels and is on the front lines of developing and activating digital recommendations to meet client goals. They are a Digital native, curious about unique ways of connection with audiences and prepared to provide a point‐of‐view and recommendations based on campaign briefs. The Manager has the developing ability to function independently, maintaining the workflow of planning, execution and stewardship of campaigns.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a concentration in Advertising, Marketing

  • 1-3 years paid media experience

  • Candidate could be in a junior role ready for the next level, or making a lateral move (both acceptable)

  • Experience leveraging data for audience planning

  • Familiarity with major data providers and a curiosity about targeting solutions

  • Social media platform certifications and DSP training certifications a plus

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, etc.

  • Experience with analyzing data, highlighting trends, and recommending optimizations based on those findings.

  • Prior healthcare or pharmaceutical client experience highly useful

  • Aptitude for mathematical concepts and an understanding of the digital marketplace.

  • Avid explorer and user of multi-digital vehicles; knowledge of the relationship opportunities between on‐and‐offline media.

  • Able to understand application of, use of industry tools such as (DDS/Prisma, ComsCore, Nielsen, AdViews, eMarketer, etc).
