The TrendKite platform takes PR and communications programs from analog to digital, enabling marketing teams to integrate their trusted earned media results into all their marketing efforts.

We’re looking for a collaborative, problem-solving, word wizard to join our Customer Success Team as an Account Architect (AA). The AA works directly with customers to enhance the value of their TrendKite experience by creating and optimizing their specific Boolean search (AND/OR/NOT). AA’s receives requests through customer tickets or chats. AA’s work closely with other areas of Customer Success and Account Management by joining customer calls to clarify requests or support our Account Managers and Onboarding Consultants. 

What you'll do:

• Experience in a customer facing role
• Troubleshooting and/or analytical experience
• Organized and able to prioritize what matters most in a fun and high-pressure environment
• Self-starter and team player

Here's what we're looking for:

• 4 year degree from an accredited university
• Background in PR and/or MarketingExperience with Boolean (SQL, coding, Business Objects)
• Previous tech startup experience
