We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the Office of the CEO. This is a critical role that supports all administrative duties for the CEO, such as scheduling meetings and booking travel, and for HyperWerx, SparkCognition's new research facility. This position is key to the success of the CEO and our executive team, and HyperWerx. The Administrative Assistant will work with other personnel in the Office of the CEO and several departments within the organization to help achieve the company's strategic goals. The successful candidate should be able to work efficiently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will be driven, very interested in self-improvement and learning, detail-oriented, and solution-oriented.
If you were working for us today, you would be:

  • Managing the CEO's travel and logistics
  • Managing The CEO's calendars and contact database
  • Assisting in coordinating meetings and calls
  • Assisting in managing the facility requirements and planning for the HyperWerx campus
  • Managing and coordinating CEO-level meetings and guest visits
  • Coordinating and managing internal executive meetings and board meetings
  • Managing HyperWerx engagements and visits


You might be a great fit for the role if you have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree- preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to multi-task and maintain strong organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a diligent and disciplined scheduling process
  • The ability to effectively collaborate with other departments and senior executives in the organization
  • The attitude of a committed team player with a long-term approach to self-improvement, learning, and value creation
  • A strong work ethic with the ability and willingness to turn critical projects around quickly and to keep up with the often intense pace of executive schedules and meetings
  • The ability to handle discrete and diligent in the handling confidential information
