Responsibilities

  • Responsible for creating and implementing a strategic plan for processes, policies and benefit programs.
  • Lead the administration of U.S. benefit plans - medical, pharmacy, dental, vision, spending accounts, workers compensation, 401k, voluntary benefits, and life plans
  • Evaluate existing benefits against portfolio and similar programs to determine competitiveness, value and best offerings to create comprehensive communications and presentations when suggesting changes.
  • Gather and coordinate employee feedback through constructive and measured processes, and then create initiatives and materials to present recommendations
  • Oversight of carrier integrations/files and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Review and coordinate vendor agreements with the appropriate departments for approval.
  • Administer benefit orientation and act as a back up for enrollments, changes and separations in the organization
  • Responsible for annual renewal presentation and open enrollment in conjunction with the Talent Experience Associate.
  • Process ACA reporting, 1094/1095 filings and ensure documentation is communicated to employees timely.
  • Develop and administer the U.S. wellness program
  • Coordinate global benefits and renewals with international talent team members and be knowledgeable about plans and offerings
  • Aid and resolve benefit related queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Act as a subject matter expert of benefits plans, policies and offerings ensuring accurate and comprehensive support and communication to employees
  • Provide research and administrative support across broad benefits topics
  • Complete required compliance tasks and reporting in conjunction with vendor and broker guidance
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date files, records, and documentation
  • Provide oversight of audits and accuracy of employee data
  • Manage immigration and responsible for employment eligibility in North America
  • Oversee and administer functional aspects of benefits portal in Workday


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years' experience in employee benefits administration required. In lieu of a degree, a High School Diploma and 7+ years of relevant experience, or an Associate Degree and 5+ years of relevant experience may be considered.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex information in easy to understand terms to different audiences
  • Ability to present and communicate to executive leadership
  • Demonstrated integrity working with confidential data
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), organization and collaboration skills
  • Strong service orientation with demonstrated desire and willingness to serve the team and our customers (our amazing employees)
  • Ability to take initiative; be proactive without waiting for direction; strong sense of personal accountability
  • Prior experience working with Workday strongly preferred


The budget for this role is up to $81,000 - $87,5000 base salary range with a 10% Bonus. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications.
