This role will align with the Avail team, a part of the realtor.com® network. Avail offers a software platform with a complete set of tools, guidance, and best in class educational content providing landlords with everything they need to be confident and professional.
Are you a customer-centric professional? Avail is seeking a Bilingual Customer Care Specialist to join our quickly growing team. This role communicates predominantly via phone as well as by email with landlords, tenants, and third-party partners to ensure positive experiences. In this role, you will be our customers’ first point of contact and you will have the opportunity to drive the value they find on the platform. What you’ll do:
- Develop a deep knowledge of Avail.co products and services
- Identifying customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and drive value
- Receive inbound phone calls and respond to voicemail messages
- Respond to help tickets in Zendesk using impeccable grammar
- Demonstrate professionalism in communication, relationship development, and through-the-roof customer service
- Maintain open channels of communication with leadership and all team members
- Properly document and escalate technical issues
- Capitalize on opportunities to innovate within the organization
- Identify the need for and create self-help solutions for customers and internal team members
- Achieve KPIs in Zendesk where productivity and quality are key in providing excellent customer experiences
What you’ll bring:
- Bilingual in Spanish & English - Spoken & Written
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for people
- Ability to empathize; seeking to understand customers as well as colleagues
- 2+ years of experience in a Customer Service role
- Experience working with a SaaS platform product
- Expert-level written and oral communication
- Ability to be strategic, but still roll up your sleeves to accomplish what needs to be done
- Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines
- Bachelor's Degree, preferred
- Experience working with fast-growth technology company, preferred
- Experience in the following tools: Zendesk and JIRA, preferred
- 1+ years of experience within the Real Estate or Residential Property Management Industry, preferred
- 1+ years of experience in a sales capacity, preferred
