The Helper Bees is a fast growing startup that works with insurance carriers to transform their claims processes and deploy our modern caregiving service that uses personality based matching to connect older adults and caregivers. We believe in joining technology and human empathy to deliver services that are beneficial to our customers.
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for providing top-tier customer service while working to improve our processes. In this role, you will:
Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Call prospective customers and help them understand what we do and how we can help them.
  • Help troubleshoot problems with customers and providers.
  • Work with our development team on any requests on changes to any of our products.
  • Contribute ideas on how to streamline any of our customer service/success procedures.


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Fluent in Korean & English *
  • Must reside in the United States of America *
  • Patient with customers
  • Professionalism on the phone
  • Creative, as we have to constantly problem solve and change approaches
  • Tech knowledgeable, as we are constantly building new tools and need people who can learn quickly
  • Passionate about helping older adults remain independent at home


Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluent in Korean & English


Schedule:
Monday - Friday
From Hire to 1/1/2022: 8am-5pm CST
Starting 1/1/2023: 1pm-10pm CST
Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer and on a phone.
