Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience developing or implementing business applications.
  • Experience working across organizational boundaries and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in CRM domains such as Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Support.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud within Customer Success.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity in a rapidly changing business environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define business system requirements in form of product requirement document (PRD) and define success metrics for those.
  • Participate in systems implementation projects (i.e. requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation and execution, issue identification and resolution).
  • Collaborate with engineering and implementation teams to prioritize requirements and define the delivery roadmap.
  • Drive adoption and change management as well as gather end users feedback.
  • Plan, prioritize, and deliver systems enhancements.
