Client Success and Implementation Specialist

The Broker Lead Accelerator Onboarding and Client Success Specialist’s main focus is to onboard and facilitate lead integration with Opcity for new Broker Lead Accelerator clients. This is done through proactive management of relationships to increase lead flow, quality and closings. This is also obtained by determining issues and developing solutions through critical thinking and managing efficient lead integration of the Broker Lead Accelerator product
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Onboards partner brokerages, ensures their leads are successfully and quickly incorporated in the Opcity technology, sets expectations of Opcity guidelines and builds a trusting relationship with them throughout the onboarding timeframe with Opcity
- Ensures agents are successfully onboarded and receiving BLA leads and engaging with and educated on the Opcity system
- Works closely with pipeline, manager and engineering to identify innovative ways to maximize client success and improve internal reporting and integration of leads.
- Point of contact for problem resolution for new Broker Lead Accelerator clients and works proactively to solve the issue. Ability to troubleshoot and proactively solve client concerns and objections.
- Coach and counsel brokerages on models for success to minimize customer churn and increase success with Opcity
- Document and create workflows for lead integration processes between Opcity and external lead vendors and technology products
What We Like To See / Measures of Success:
- Bachelor’s degree in a strong analytical or business concentration
- At least 2 years’ experience managing relationships with software or services clients either in a B2B sales position or B2B account management role.
- Excellent Communication Skills
