Customer Engagement Associate
InCloudCounsel is seeking a Customer Engagement Associate to join our rapidly growing company. InCloudCounsel is the leading technology and services provider of contract automation and intelligence for many of the world’s biggest and most innovative companies. By combining highly experienced corporate attorneys with cloud-based software that unlocks valuable data within contracts, InCloudCounsel offers a scalable, end-to-end solution for negotiating and managing routine legal work.
The Customer Engagement Associate will own key portions of the onboarding process to create leverage for account managers by conducting outreach to welcome new users and invite them to demos. The goal is to free account management directors and Managing Directors of time-consuming onboarding tasks so they can focus on account growth instead of account maintenance, with the Customer Engagement Associate providing front-line support to our global customer base while working collaboratively with Sales, Account Management, and Legal Partnerships.
The Customer Engagement Associate will report directly to the Customer Engagement Manager of InCloudCounsel, and we are open to great candidates across the U.S.*

Responsibilities:
- Lead all demos for deal team customers and app configuration for new customers
- Oversee customer and originator NPS surveys
- Proactively reach out to all new users to offer demos and hold standing demos twice a week
- Provide active account maintenance, including project completion check-ins and managing responses to vendor & security questionnaires
- Collaborate with the Account Management, Sales, & Sales Operations teams to support and engage customers
Requirements:
- Excellent presentation & communication skills; able to effectively deliver information to external stakeholders as well as internal colleagues
- Attention to detail and strong ability to balance several workstreams
- Team player mindset; no task is too small
- Intellectual curiosity; always wanting to learn more and driven to grow in both knowledge and responsibilities
- Prior internships or full-time work experience in customer service, customer success, or sales; 1 year work experience in a professional setting preferred
